URGENT - Plastic 4 Charity Update - January 2018

Plastic 4 Charity Update - January 2018

In light of the latest Chinese ban on plastic waste imports from the UK we have been notified that our contractors will no longer be processing any bottle tops. Due to this all our recycling banks in Norfolk will be removed by the end of the month and as a result Plastic 4 Charity will sadly have to come to an end.

We have to ask you to please not post or hand deliver any more bottle tops to our head office location at Nedeham House, 22 St Stephens Road, NR1 3QU.

If you do have some bottle tops that you would like to donate then please take them to them to one of the following locations here before the end of January.  Otherwise, you can recycle any bottle tops in your household recycling bin.

We would like to thank everyone who has collected and donated plastic bottle tops to the Matthew Project through our Plastic 4 Charity scheme over the last six years.  It has been one of our most successful fundraising campaigns and has been instrumental in helping to raise money and awareness of our work.  We would also like to thank Jon Hammond for setting this project up and working tirelessly to ensure its great success.
