Who are The Matthew Project Under 18 Suffolk?

We work with young people in Suffolk who are finding their drug and/or alcohol use is becoming a problem for them or those who care about them. We can also help if the use of someone else is affecting you. We won't judge... we are here to listen. We have workers based in Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft but we can come and see you anywhere in Suffolk.

So who do we tell?

We understand confidentiality - there might be things you tell us that you don't want other people to know... as long as it's not about harm to yourself or someone else we don't tell anyone what we talk about. We might ask your permission to share information but you can say no and that's ok!

Where are we?

We have offices in Ipswich, Lowestoft and Bury but we can see you wherever suits you... anywhere in the county.
