We can:

Emergency or danger - call 999
  • provide you with information and advice around drugs and alcohol
  • listen to your worries and concerns
  • put you in touch with other people who can help you
  • give you advice and information on the phone or by text or email
  • support you on a confidential 1-2-1 basis to deal with issues around drug and alcohol use
  • meet you at your home, school, college or any safe place
  • arrange a quiet place for counselling

What will happen when you contact us?

We will:

  • listen without judging you and try to understand
  • meet with you one to one with a friend or family member depending on your choice
  • explain our confidentiality policy
  • talk to you about what will happen to the information you give us
  • ask some questions and explore your needs
  • write down some information about you- this will be kept confidential
  • we will always try to find the right worker to help you as soon as we can
