If  you have tested positive or have Covid symptoms, and have been on our premises or working with us in the previous week, we want to act on it as soon as possible. 

 

Ring our main number 01603 626123 and leave a message informing us that you have symptoms or have tested positive. We will pick messages up regularly (including weekends) and will respond as soon as possible.

Next Steps

The Next Steps Centre will be open to members Thursday and Friday but booking in is essential.  We will have bookable drop ins going on providing structured support for adults in recovery from substance misuse. These are posted out on our closed social media groups for our members. Those unable to access the centre due to covid are supported over the telephone. On Track

On Track is continuing to support 16 – 24 year olds in Norfolk into education, employment and training.  We are delivering our coaching face to face in Covid safe venues and where this is not possible by phone or Microsoft teams. In addition we continue to offer small group work to vulnerable young people as well as providing an online offering.  We are still taking new referrals.  Contact us on 07770 610215 [email protected] or visit www.ontracknorfolk.org

Youth and families services

We offer a coaching service to 16 – 24 year olds, with various needs from self-esteem to smoking cessation by phone or on-line. Contact:  [email protected]

Early Intervention Team

We have a new project Bounce Back for young people between 13  years and 19 years throughout North and West Norfolk. This includes one to one work which we are doing via COVID- 19 secure means. This means we are currently working in schools and where necessary online via various formats. Outside the Wire

Outside the Wire are continuing to support our clients, albeit through telephone calls only. We are still taking new referrals, so if you have any potential clients, please contact us on: [email protected] 

Unity

Unity continues to work with young people and their families across Norfolk and we have robust processes in place to support all our staff and clients. We are making contact using a variety of methods and have returned to limited face to face working with the appropriate safety measures in place. We are working closely with schools and other external organisations to ensure that the needs of our clients are met.

 

We continue to operate our telephone helpline during office hours Monday – Friday. If you are a professional with concerns about a young person who is using substances or who is being affected by someone else’s use of substances, please call on 0800 9704866 to speak to one of our workers. This number is also for parents/guardians and young people themselves if wish to access advice guidance and support. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and we will respond within one working day.
