The job will fulfil a key role in a multi-agency team operating within the Greater Norwich area from the Adult and Drug Behaviour Change Service office in NR1. Working with young adults aged 18 - 25 who have a history of drug related offending, this post involves providing proactive and assertive outreach support and integrated working with other professionals. You will undertake the planning and delivery of direct service user care with minimal supervision, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be passionate about improving outcomes for young people who are vulnerable and excluded from mainstream services and will advocate effectively on their behalf. You will understand the effects of trauma in young people’s lives and work holistically to provide a high quality of care.

 

The work will be carried out within the service location and in the community; the ability to travel is essential.
