Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?
We are looking for an experienced professional to support children and young people under the age of 19 vulnerable to substance misuse. You will need experience of working directly with young people, have a relevant qualification or experience and an understanding of the issues facing young people in relation to their own drug and alcohol use.
This post involves working with young people in universal, targeted and specialist settings and will include the identification, engagement, screening, and assessment of young people.
Unity is a partnership between: The Matthew Project and Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
The role will be based in Norwich, mainly covering East and North areas of Norfolk. The work will be carried out within the service location and in the community; the ability to travel is essential. Work is currently being carried out remotely and in our office. A part time/job share will be considered.Â

The role will require the completion of an enhanced DBS process before starting.Â
