Pay Band:                                        Grade 1 Client Facing Pay Scale: £25,437-£27,927 pro rata

Hours:                                              30 hours per week

Contract:                                         Fixed Term Contract 12 months until October 2027 (possible extension) 

 

Are you passionate about supporting young people to help them achieve their goals? 


We have an exciting new position to provide support to some of the hardest to reach young people, aged 13 to 25 years, with multiple barriers to education, training and employment.


This post will be mainly working on a one-to-one basis with participants, although some group work will be required.  You will provide coaching and other interventions to encourage and support young people move towards their goals, including employment, education, or training.


Additionally, the role will include supporting the On Track team with their universal drug and alcohol awareness offer to schools and colleges, including working independently delivering workshops and drop-ins across Norfolk. 



We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people, has experience supporting this age group. You will be motivated, empathetic, and committed. Training and development will be provided.


This role is based in King’s Lynn, working with young people across West Norfolk, Breckland and throughout Norfolk, therefore, a good knowledge of the area and the organisations and support available locally will be an asset.  The ability to travel is essential.
