Fundraising ideas & inspiration

Stuck for ideas but still want to make a difference in your local community? We’re here to help!

Themed days
If you're part of a group who loves getting dressed up, organise a themed day, for example:

  • Christmas jumper day: Wear your favourite Christmas jumper and charge your group a small fee to get involved, or collect sponsors.

  • PJ day: Get comfy in your slippers or go full glam in satin and lace - whatever your style, have fun with a PJ day. You could offer an All Day Breakfast or Cereal Bar menu to raise extra funds on the day.

Entertainment events
Why not raise money with a music or comedy event, doing whatever you like to do in your day-to-day?

  • Silent disco: This is a brilliant way to raise money and can also be more accessible for people with sensory needs, so everyone can join in the fun.

  • Live performance event: Whether your group makes music, art, dance or comedy, hosting a live event is a great way to create a great atmosphere and build connections.
