Job Title: CYP Service Administrator
Location: Norwich
Starting Salary: £16,524 (£24,455 per annum pro rata)
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Part time - Permanent
Would you like to be part of an amazing team that changes the lives of children and young people affected by drugs and alcohol and mental health issues?
We are looking for an Administrator who will be integral to the smooth running of our children and young people’s services. You will need excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills and have general office experience and a flexible approach to work. You will need to have empathetic interpersonal and customer service skills that enable you to respond effectively to everyone accessing our services.
We are looking for a good team player who has a positive, solution-focused approach to work and the ability to successfully organise a varied workload. Previous experience of data entry on spreadsheets and client management systems and working within a substance misuse or healthcare environment will be an advantage. Based at our award-winning Centre in Norwich, we will consider hybrid working.

This role will require the successful candidate to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to starting employment.
