Information and Awareness Sessions
The Matthew Project On Track Team offer tailored, interactive information sessions on drugs, alcohol and smoking awareness delivered within your school timetable, either standalone or as a block. This can offer added value when integrated into the PHSE curriculum or as part of Safety/Health Awareness Days.
Price: £300 plus travel (One YP Team member, full day)
Our Support Offer to Targeted Groups
The Matthew Project Unity Team provides 1-2-1 support for those aged under 19 who are worried about their own drug/alcohol use. Additionally, for targeted groups of young people who have increased vulnerability to substance misuse We can also provide Drug and alcohol awareness sessions for professionals working with vulnerable young people in a range of settings including, Schools, Colleges, Residential settings, Children's Services and mental health.

KS2 Information Sessions
What do we offer?
We deliver interactive sessions for Year 5s and 6s, introducing them to the potential risks of alcohol, drug, smoking and county lines through sensitive, age-appropriate teaching.
Example session outline
Introduction – The worker introduces themselves, The Matthew Project, and The Matthew Project services.
Learning objectives – The worker explains that the purpose of our visit is to make you think a little about taking risks, how to stay safe, and how to make healthy choices.
‘A day in the life of Zed’ storyline – The worker invites young people to come up to the front and become Zed at different stages of the day, using props to make the story memorable and interactive.
