Trainee Recovery Support Practitioner (Weekend)

13 hours per week

£7,733 per annum (pro rata of £22,011)

12 months fixed term contract

We have an exciting part time opportunity to join our Recovery Support Programme (RSP) team in the Next Steps Recovery Hub in Norwich (which opened October 2019) on a 12-month traineeship.


We can offer learning and development in a dynamic and varied environment within a supportive team. You’ll be given opportunity to hone and develop skills and you will support others to affect transformational change in their lives. You will bring a passion for the work of The Matthew Project, a strong desire to help vulnerable and often marginalised people and the enthusiasm and the ability to develop yourself.


The role will include supporting the work of the RSP through the referrals process, helping with groups, contributing to sessions, and working as part of the RSP team.
