Young People's Programmes News From Luke, Service Manager


July was a busy month across our Young People's teams, and I'm delighted to share some of the highlights.


YouCan Award Nomination

Our YouCan Activities have been nominated for a Flourish Award and selected as one of the finalists in the Safe & Secure Award category!


This is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the passion and commitment of our team, who work tirelessly to support children and young people affected by a family member's substance use.


Alcohol Awareness Week Campaign


For Alcohol Awareness Week at the start of July, our Unity team got out and about across Norfolk, speaking with students and teachers about alcohol awareness, harm reduction, and the support available for young people.


A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us into your schools and events last week and took the time to join the conversation.



Ketamine Awareness Video For Neurodiverse Young People

Recently, the Norwich Drug & Alcohol Partnership (NDAP) brought together a range of organisations, including our Unity team, to collaborate on an exciting Ketamine Awareness Campaign.


Students from Spin Top Media, a Norfolk-based student media production company, were given a creative brief, pitched their ideas, and then developed and produced a series of campaign videos and they did an incredible job combining creativity with powerful messages.
