In memory giving
Make a lasting difference
Collecting donations at a funeral can help The Matthew Project make a lasting difference in in commemoration and recognition of your loved one, their values and their wishes, whilst helping others at the same time. You might choose to do this by asking for donations instead of flowers. You could also hold a collection at a celebration of life service or memorial event. We're always incredibly touched and grateful to receive these donations.

To help connect friends and family unable to attend the funeral, you may want to invite them to make a donation in memory of your loved one by creating a Memory Giving page in their name.
Memory Giving is used by many of the leading funeral companies in the UK, but anyone can set up a page. Often people use social media or email to let others know of the death, the funeral arrangements and how to make a donation.
