Our Big Thank You 2026 Event
Updated: 6 days ago

Earlier this month, we were delighted to welcome a number of our supporters to The Matthew Project for our annual Big Thank You Evening.
The event gave us an opportunity to celebrate the people who make our work possible, while also sharing more about the support we provide across our services and the impact that support has on the lives of those we work alongside every day.
The evening began with a fantastic performance from the TMP Choir, setting a warm and welcoming tone. Guests enjoyed refreshments and had the opportunity to explore a range of interactive activities led by our teams. From creative crafts and art sessions to planting up a pot to take home, there were plenty of opportunities to get involved and learn more about the varied support we offer.
One of the most meaningful aspects of the evening was the chance for supporters to meet and speak with our members and former members. Those wearing "Ask Me My Story" stickers generously shared their personal journeys, offering powerful insights into the challenges they have faced and the difference that support from The Matthew Project has made. These conversations brought our work to life in a way that statistics and reports never can, and they were undoubtedly a highlight of the evening for many who attended.
Throughout the evening, our teams reflected on the developments within their services over the past year, showcasing how support from our community continues to enable us to adapt, grow and respond to people's changing needs.
It was a truly special evening filled with conversation, connection and inspiration. Most importantly, it provided an opportunity to thank the incredible individuals, organisations and supporters whose generosity enables us to continue delivering life-changing support across Norfolk.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to stand alongside The Matthew Project. Together, we are making a difference.
