Job Title: RSP Manager
Location: The Matthew Project, Norwich
Starting Salary: £32,868 per annum
Hours: 37 hours FT or 30 hours PT
Are you someone with proven experience in recovery programme management who is looking for a new challenge which will make a real difference to people’s lives?
We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced RSP Manager to lead the delivery and development of the structured recovery support services at our recovery centre in Norwich, which operates seven days a week. You will be expected to work one Saturday and Sunday per month by arrangement.
As RSP Manager, you will manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, coordinating a programme of structured support, activities, and community-building initiatives. You will play a key role in developing a thriving recovery community and ensuring high-quality service delivery for people with complex support needs.
Responsibilities will include:
· Managing the RSP, including planning, timetabling, and coaching tutors and facilitators.
Collaborating with lead workers to ensure positive outcomes for service users.
Building relationships with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
Managing referrals and assessments for programme cohorts.
Deputising for the Recovery Service Manager when required.
Promoting service user involvement and co-production within the Recovery Centre.
Contributing to service sustainability through funding applications and stakeholder engagement.
Fostering an ongoing recovery community to support mutual recovery.
